Catania, the single ticket for museums has been activated

The Municipality of Catania has activated the Single Ticket of the Civic Museum System to offer visitors a wider and more varied cultural experience, in line with the big European cities. The single card has the validity of three days and allows, with an advantageous rate compared to the purchase of individual tickets, the integrated use of all the sites of the Cultural Heritage of the Municipality. From the Palazzo della Cultura, with the Emilio Greco Museum, at the Museum of Castello Ursino, From the Vincenzo Bellini Museum to the Gonta's walkway of the Monumental Church San Nicolò L'Arena. The purchase can be made at the ticket offices of the four sites.

Single ticket rates

Family single ticket (2 adults and 2 boys aged among 11 and i 18 years), 30 euro. Card unica 1 persona,12 euro. Single ticket 2 people, 20 euro.The card is valid for all municipal sites. For the Ursino Castle, On the occasion of temporary exhibitions, At the cost of the single ticket they will be added 4 euro (2 euro for children among the 11 and i 18 years).

Museum rates and timetables

These are the rates for those who do not use the Single Ticket. Ursino Castle Civic Museum: 10 euro (6 euro + 4 inclusive of any exhibition possibly set up). For the boys among 11 and i 18 years the ticket has a reduced cost of 3 euro, the exhibition of 2 euro. Visits to the Museum are scheduled from 9.30 at 19.

Vincenzo Bellini Museum: ticket 5 euro, including the visit to the Emilio Greco Museum. For the boys among 11 and i 18 years the ticket has a reduced cost of 2 euro. Visits to the Museum are scheduled from 9 at 13.

Eaves path of the Church of San Nicolò l'Arena: ticket 3 euro. For the boys among 11 and i 18 years ticket of 1 euro. Visits to the Museum are scheduled from 9.30 at 13.

 

Gives Villa Maria you can easily reach Catania by car and by train (the railway station is just a few meters away) in about 20 minutes.
